Rough night? You’re not stuck with it. Turns out 20 minutes of cardio did about as much for memory as a 90 minute nap, so if you can’t lie down, just move instead. Sleep is still the goal, but this is a solid plan B for the mornings you didn’t get it.

Your feet are the foundation of every run, and most runners never train them.

We’re teaming up with VIVOBAREFOOT for a free outdoor workshop built to change that. Come test your foot and ankle strength, learn practical exercises you can actually use, and understand how stronger feet translate into a stronger, more capable run. We’ll bust some of the biggest myths around feet, footwear, and injury along the way, and you’ll get to try Vivobarefoot shoes and feel what barefoot training is really like.

No experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to move and play.

Saturday, September 12 from 9:30 to 11:30am at Father Serra Cross in Ventura.

Spots are limited, so if you’d like to join us, DM me and I’ll send over the link to reserve yours.

What’s one thing about your feet or running you’ve always wondered about? Drop it below and we’ll cover it at the workshop.

The full picture, finally! Years of left-sided injuries trained her nervous system to favor the right side and that pattern stuck around long after the knee got better. The strength is there, the knee is fine, so the work now is retraining the movement strategy not rebuilding the muscle. This is what you find when you actually test instead of guess. DM us to book your ForceDecks assessment.

Monday Mobility Challenge 🔥 Turtle Rollover Edition

This one is no joke 😅 Somehow Dr. Maya was the only one standing at the end.

But stick around for the BTS of Diego trying to reach his ankles… worth every second 😂

Think you can do it? 👇

Quad strength test on both sides, max effort, and no significant difference between legs. The quad is strong and the knee is healed, so why does the right side take over every single time both feet are on the ground? Watch all the way through for the answer. Ep 5 of 6
