We had a blast at the RBI carnival-themed health fair! It was a joy to spend the day with our community and share a little of what we do.

At Back In Form, we help people get ready for surgery, recover well afterward, and get back to what they love, with hands-on care, dry needling, and strength and balance work built around each person. Thanks to RBI for hosting, and to everyone who stopped by our table. Contact us to learn what care built around you looks like.

At Back in Form, we start with how you move, what feels stuck, and what you want to get back to. For many people, that includes hands-on time for the neck and shoulders, plus simple exercises to keep progress going at home.

Today we’re celebrating the guy who keeps our patients moving and our team strong. Happy birthday Michael. Here’s to a great year ahead! 🎈

Getting out of a chair, standing on one leg, holding yourself tall. These small movements are the ones that keep daily life feeling easy. This is what a session looks like here: exercises chosen with you in mind, and a therapist nearby to fine-tune along the way.
