💚 As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, this week we’re focusing on adult mental health and the importance of support.

Through the challenge, we’ve been shining a light on mental health across our community all month long.

Balancing work, relationships, family responsibilities and life transitions can take a toll on emotional well-being. Seeking support is a sign of strength, and taking that first step can help you move toward brighter days ahead.

By supporting one another and talking openly about mental health, we can create More Good Days, Together.

💚 Serious mental illness affects millions of people — and far too many face it in silence.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re shining a light on serious mental illness and serious emotional disturbance. 💡

Serious mental illness can include conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and severe depression — disorders that can significantly affect daily life.

These conditions can impact relationships, work and hope for the future. But treatment works, recovery is possible and support matters. 🌱

More good days are possible.

And when we raise awareness, support one another and make care accessible, we can create More Good Days, Together. 💚
