We're excited to help local students get ready for a great school year! Stop by our office and help us fill the bus with new school supplies for kids in our community.

The best posture is your next posture! Meaning, staying in any posture for too long can cause joint dysfunction or stiffness. Movement is good and necessary for the spine and body!

Dr. Matt and Dr. Luke continuously tell our patients to walk after their adjustments and to walk more in general. Walking helps improve spinal mobility, core strength and promotes the natural curvatures of the spine.

Get adjusted and walk more!
