Our clients enjoyed a wonderful day exploring the Caledonia Historical Society's Historical Village and learning about life in the late 1800s and early 1900s. 🏛️ They had the opportunity to tour several historic buildings, including the 1877 Caledonia Town Hall, the 1902 Sturtevant Milwaukee Road Depot, and an 1840 log cabin. Clients also enjoyed seeing a 1927 caboose and exploring the museum, which was filled with fascinating artifacts used by early settlers. 🚂

The visit provided a hands-on look at local history and sparked many conversations about how people lived, worked, and traveled in the past. Everyone had a great time discovering our community's rich heritage while learning something new along the way! 😊

Visiting the apple orchard is a wonderful reminder of Wisconsin’s agricultural roots and the joy of simple moments. 🍏 Day Services clients had a blast exploring, tasting fall flavors, and making new friends with the animals. 🍂🧡

Our next NDEAM Month spotlight is Keith! ⚙️🌟

We are pleased to recognize Keith as our next NDEAM Month spotlight and a recent Production Award recipient. Keith’s reliability and strong work ethic make a significant impact on our production floor, even though he works only two days each week. 💪 His consistent attendance, dedication, and positive attitude set a wonderful example for all. Known for his encouraging reminders to “have a great day” and “stay safe,” Keith’s presence is truly valued. Congratulations, Keith, and thank you for your outstanding contributions to VARC.

We were proud and happy to help the Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation and the patients they serve by assembling and donating self-care packs for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. 🩷 Many of our family, friends, and staff have been impacted by breast cancer, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month has special meaning for us—we are happy to pay it forward to the community at large. 🫶

We would like to thank the team from VARC's Juneau County division for supporting our patients! For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this crew donated self-care packs to our Infusion and Wound Center to help those patients under going chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer.
