We are so excited to announce a partnership between Roots Yoga & Barre and Afterlight Consulting to bring wellness workshops and provide opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities and neurodivergent students.

Jen Griest Hayes and Afterlight bring an incredible depth of experience, knowledge, and compassionate leadership in creating inclusive, supportive spaces where every individual can feel seen, empowered, and celebrated. Together, we share the belief that yoga is truly for every body — and that wellness should be accessible, adaptable and welcoming to all.

We’re excited to grow this mission together and create meaningful experiences that support connection, regulation, movement, and joy within our community.

Over the next few weeks, look for more information about our summer Wellness Workshop series, and join us at our open houses on June 4 & 8 to meet our teams, ask any questions and experience the studio space.

Students can get 3 months of unlimited classes for $150 and teachers for $295. Passes can be used at BOTH studios!

Pass will start on the date of first visit. Limit 1 per person, proof of status will be required at/after purchase. Students must be aged 24 or under, current contracts cannot be canceled.
