Over the last few months, I’ve been diving deeper into Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and infant bodywork - both professionally and personally as a mom.

Today I attended an infant craniosacral therapy and movement education class with my youngest, who is 4 months old. It was such a good reminder of how connected the body really is!

CST is a gentle hands on approach that focuses on tension patterns within the body and nervous system. In infants, it’s often used alongside support from lactation consultants, pediatric providers, PT/OT, and other wellness professionals to support things like:
• body tension
• feeding challenges
• side preference/torticollis
• flat spots
• overall comfort and regulation

I’ve loved learning more about how gentle touch and movement can support both babies and parents.
