𧊠Not every problem can be solved immediatelyâbut every problem can be approached. đ
When weâre stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, our brains often jump to the worst-case scenario. It can feel like thereâs no way forward. Thatâs when it helps to slow down and shift into problem-solving mode.
Try asking yourself:
⨠What is the actual problem?
⨠What parts are within my control?
⨠What is one small step I can take today?
⨠If Plan A doesnât work, whatâs Plan B?
Remember, problem-solving isnât about finding the perfect solutionâitâs about making progress one step at a time. Even small actions can help reduce anxiety and increase confidence.
You donât have to have everything figured out today. One step is enough. đąđ
