Our mission is to reduce the stigma attached to mental health disorders and make getting help easier and more accepted. Active Minds is the nation's only student-based mental health advocacy program on college campuses. Dedicated to eradicating the stigma associated with mental illness, Active Minds members work to promote awareness and understanding of the issues on campuses nationwide. We know t

This year’s Stigma Free was successful and awesome! We had a lovely time with the therapy dogs, got some great bagels from Yeltz’s, and got to know about the different resources available on campus thanks to the many orgs who tabled! Special thanks to Health and Wellness, COSWB, PMHC, and Mental Health Peers who helped us put this whole thing together! Thanks to the clubs for tabling and supporting us! And thanks to everyone that came! If you missed it, scroll to see last week’s action!

Happy Week 8 Gauchos! This week we’ll be talking about attachment styles, the different kinds we find in relationships, and how each relationship between different people can differ. We’ll also learn how prior experience and childhood development can influence attachment styles. Then we’ll take two quizzes, one serious and one fun, on attachment styles and see where we land. So join us this Tuesday (5/19) at 7pm in Girvetz 2108!

Special thanks to TEAM and thanks to everyone that came by! See you next week!
