The Pulaski County Health Center was established in 1951 to provide public health to Pulaski County.

We are a local public health agency providing public health nursing services, vital records, WIC, environmental public health, health education, fitness programs and much more! For WIC Participants:

We will be participating in the Community Care Connections: A Free Wellness Fair! We’ll be providing flu shots, health screenings and wellness coaching. If you or someone you know could benefit from any of the services provided that day, please share the information. Transportation will also be provided by appointment if needed!

Community Care Connections is coming to Waypoint on Saturday, November 14, from 9 am to 2 pm!

This free community event brings together local partners offering health screenings, vaccinations (including flu shots), vision screenings and glasses, Medicare counseling, haircuts, healthcare resources, boxed lunches, hygiene kits, and more!

Everyone is welcome. No insurance or payment required!

Need a ride? 🚐 Shuttle transportation is available by appointment. Call 573-774-2299 to schedule.

October is the time each year we are reminded to make our annual mammogram appointment! Screening is key to prevention and positive outcomes. Contract your provider's office for assistance in getting your mammogram scheduled at the nearest testing clinic.

If you have insurance, it will pay 100% of your preventative visits each year. If you are uninsured, call our office at 573-774-3820 to see if you are eligible for our Show-Me Healthy Women program that will cover all of our women's wellness preventative screenings. Or check out Phelps Health for information on their free mammograms they are offering in Rolla & Waynesville on Friday's in October!
