Grownups have to play too. Not only does it bring joy but it helps our brains stay healthy and sharpens focus. You may not be building forts or running through sprinklers but a pick up basketball game, board games, crafts, puzzles, are all great ways to play. Or go for those sprinklers! Just have fun!
