Thinking about counseling, but not quite ready to jump all in? This might be the perfect place to start.

As our team grows, we’re excited to welcome new clinical interns to Renewed Strength and that means we can offer more affordable options for care:

60-minute session - $35
30-minute session - $18

Intern sessions can be a great fit for someone without insurance, a child who could use some short-term support, or anyone who simply wants to start prioritizing their mental health in an approachable, affordable way.

And it’s a win for our interns, too. They gain valuable clinical experience, build relationships, and discover the populations they’re most passionate about serving.

We can be pretty tough on ourselves. 💚

We expect perfection. We focus on what went wrong. We convince ourselves we should be doing more or that we’re somehow falling behind.

But what if we challenged that voice every once in a while?

You can make a mistake and try again. You can need a break and still be making progress. You can have a hard day and still be moving forward.

Life changes and sometimes we need a little support figuring out what comes next.

Meliha works primarily with adults navigating life transitions, relationship changes, and personal growth. Using a strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she helps clients recognize their strengths and move toward their goals.

Meliha offers virtual appointments and as a bicultural therapist, is also fluent in Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian. 💚

There is sadness in hearing of Hayden Panettiere’s passing, especially knowing how candidly she shared some of the difficult parts of her own mental health journey.

We don’t know what someone is carrying simply by looking at them.

So check in. Listen. Talk about the uncomfortable things. Normalize counseling. And remind the people around you that taking care of their mental health matters.

New teachers, new routines, new friendships, new expectations... even exciting changes can come with some pretty big feelings.

Renewed Strength is here to support kids through it all. We have team members working directly with students inside local schools and therapists here in our office ready to provide additional counseling support when your child needs it.

Supporting kids sometimes means supporting the grown-ups, too. 💚

Kaitlyn loves working with children and the caregivers who are doing their best to guide them through growing up.

Because parenting is hard. Big emotions are hard. Knowing how to respond is hard.
