We know some users have experienced challenges during the transition to myAuth, and we appreciate your patience as updates continue to be made.

The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), which manages myAuth, implemented an update to the Manage Relationships feature on Oct. 14, 2026, to address an issue affecting family access.

What changed:
Sponsors can now add their spouse in Manage Relationships, allowing the spouse to view and act on behalf of dependents.

Go to: https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/help/topics/adding_permissions_with_myauth_companion.htm for information on how to update your relationships.

Still having issues with myAuth?

For myAuth account, access, or technical support, please contact the DMDC Customer Contact Center at 1-800-368-3665. Because myAuth is managed by DMDC, their support team is best equipped to assist with technical and account-related issues.

We’ll continue to share updates that may help our beneficiaries navigate the transition as we have them.
