That is why we are excited to announce our partnership with Harmonic Health and our participation as a GUIDE Program Respite Care Provider.

Dementia care isn’t about correcting someone.
It’s about understanding them.

If someone says something that isn’t accurate, arguing usually makes things worse.

It creates fear, frustration, and sometimes even agitation.
What works better?

Meeting them where they are.
Redirecting gently.
Keeping things calm and familiar.

These are small adjustments—but they make a huge difference in someone’s day.

And it’s something every well-trained caregiver learns over time.
