Caring for yourself matters.

It's easy to put everyone else first—your kids, your job, the people who need you. But you can't pour from an empty cup. This September, do one small thing for yourself: drink some water, take a walk, get the sleep you've been putting off, or just sit still for five minutes without your phone.

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's part of taking care of everyone else, too.
