This is a district-wide event, with all three of our providers dedicated to sports physical appointments to help students get cleared for the school year.

We look forward to serving students from High Island ISD, East Chambers ISD, Hardin-Jefferson ISD, Hamshire-Fannett ISD, and Ball High School students who live in Crystal Beach and Port Bolivar.
