What a meaningful afternoon of connection and restoration. 💚

We loved spending time with fellow clinicians at Release & Reset through Mental Health Counselors of Central Florida (MHCCF) ’s Creative Connections Series.

From guided Reiki and sound healing to moments of reflection and conversation, the experience created intentional space to slow down and reconnect.

We’re grateful for opportunities that remind mental health professionals that caring for themselves matters too.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a wonderful experience.

Today we pause to remember and honor the lives lost in service to our country.

Memorial Day can also stir grief, reflection, gratitude, and personal memories. If today feels heavy, may you give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and care for your heart with the same tenderness you offer others.
