What a meaningful afternoon of connection and restoration. 💚

We loved spending time with fellow clinicians at Release & Reset through Mental Health Counselors of Central Florida (MHCCF) ’s Creative Connections Series.

From guided Reiki and sound healing to moments of reflection and conversation, the experience created intentional space to slow down and reconnect.

We’re grateful for opportunities that remind mental health professionals that caring for themselves matters too.

Harnessing the Power of the Narrative: Enhancing Trauma Recovery with Narrative Exposure Therapy
