You’re tired… but nothing is technically “wrong.”
Work gets done. Responsibilities are handled. You’re showing up for everyone else.

So why does everything still feel heavy?

Many women carry an invisible mental load—the constant emotional labor of remembering, planning, anticipating needs, managing relationships, and holding everything together. Over time, that weight can lead to exhaustion, irritability, anxiety, and burnout.

✨ In our newest blog, we explore:
✔️ What the invisible mental load actually is
✔️ Why women often carry more emotional labor
✔️ How trauma can contribute to over-responsibility
✔️ Gentle, trauma-informed ways to reduce overwhelm

If you've ever wondered why you're exhausted despite “doing fine,” this is for you. 💙
