Victoria is passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and substance use recovery. She believes therapy should be a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore the deeper roots of their emotions, behaviors, and patterns while feeling supported every step of the way.

Known for her warm, welcoming, and often humorous approach, Victoria tailors therapy to each individual's needs using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and IFS-informed interventions. She also enjoys incorporating creative and expressive outlets such as art, music, games, and hands-on activities to foster insight, healing, and personal growth.

Alie is passionate about supporting teens and adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. She brings a warm, collaborative, and authentic approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel safe, supported, and empowered to be their full selves.

With experience working in higher levels of eating disorder care, Alie incorporates evidence-based approaches such as ACT, DBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy, while also embracing creativity through Narrative and Art Therapy when it aligns with a client's needs.

You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, represent our practice at events, manage marketing initiatives, and help connect individuals with the care they need.

What you'll do:
✨ Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
✨ Create and manage social media content and campaigns
✨ Attend networking events and outreach meetings
✨ Develop email marketing and lead generation strategies
✨ Track marketing performance and growth metrics
✨ Help expand awareness of our mission across Florida
