This patient is 2.5 months after an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer, performed under local anesthesia.
By removing excess skin, refining the lower eyelids, and restoring volume with fat transfer, we were able to reveal the natural beauty of her eyes while creating a smoother, more harmonious transition between the lower eyelids and midface. The result is a brighter, more open, and naturally well-rested appearance—without changing what makes her uniquely beautiful.

By staging these procedures, we were able to strategically design the extended brachioplasty incision to seamlessly meet the mastopexy incision, creating a continuous scar pattern for optimal concealment while enhancing the overall contour of the arms and upper torso.

One year after a tertiary revision brachioplasty performed to address the results of a previous procedure completed at an outside facility.
