Gearing up our bodies and brains for an amazing day with some early morning movement!

27/10/2026

While for our older kiddos, our cooking lessons involve recipes, steps and exposure to try new foods, for our little ones, sensory integration and fine motor practice is the name of the game.

But what if they are tactile sensitive? Or sensory avoidant? How to expose in order to work on integration?

Simple! We reduce the demand by turning it into a fun imitation game, resulting in excited willing to engage in tactile exposure!

Heritage Day 2026!
Each child presented a show, share and/or tell. We enjoyed Afrikaans with Lollos, saw South African coins, learnt about our flag, special food that we can only get here, our big 5, danced the WakaWaka and then got to taste and enjoy special treats!
