With over 14 years of experience as a Registered Counsellor, I offer a depth of knowledge and expertise to support individuals facing

a range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Post my masters training, I completed my internship in Clinical Psychology at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital, followed by community service at Sterkfontein Psychiatric Hospital, where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients. This experience has enriched my approach, ensuring that I provide evidence-based, effective treatment tailored to your unique needs. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating techniques from various therapeutic models to best suit your individual needs. Additionally, I have a special interest in depth psychology, which allows us to explore the unconscious aspects of your psyche, uncovering deeper insights and facilitating profound personal transformation. Stress and anxiety do not always appear dramatically. Often they show up quietly — through restlessness, overthinking, irritability, difficulty sleeping, or emotional fatigue.
