Following on from this week’s blog: Can Your Neck Actually Be Causing Your Headaches?
Here’s the 30-second version 🎥
If your headaches tend to build later in the day — especially after hours at a desk, on your phone, driving, or carrying stress through your shoulders — your neck may be part of the picture.
When the neck joints aren’t moving well, the surrounding muscles often have to work harder. Over time, that can contribute to tension, fatigue, and for some people, headaches.
This doesn’t mean every headache comes from the neck — but it’s an important area to consider, especially if you also notice neck tightness, shoulder tension, or reduced movement.
