What an incredible evening spent learning, connecting and opening up important conversations around menopause and women’s health.

From pelvic health and strength training to nutrition and wellbeing, we loved seeing so many women come together to feel informed, supported and empowered through this stage of life.

Led by our accredited physiotherapists Daniel Genikas and Claudia Harvey, this program is perfect for anyone looking to take control of their joint health and stay active.

The program is aims to reduce pain & stiffness, improve mobility & strength, provide education and strategies to protect your joints and ultimately feel confident in your movement and daily activities.

At The Physio Society, we start with a 1:1 Pilates Assessment with one of our physiotherapists. This allows us to understand your goals, assess your movement & strength, plan and run you through an tailored program that’s right for you.
