Milia are tiny, hard, white bumps that appear on your skin, often around your eyes or cheeks.
They happen when a little bit of skin protein called keratin gets trapped under the skin.
They're not pimples, they're not dirty skin, and they're completely harmless but can be upsetting to your appearance .
Think of them as tiny pearls trapped just underneath your skin!
