Not every orthotic is built the same, and that matters most for toes that don't sit flat.
Charli recently reassessed a client whose previous orthoses weren't accounting for the contracture in her toes (where a toe sits in a fixed bent position). A generic insert can end up adding pressure in exactly the wrong spot.
Her new pair was shaped around her toes as they actually sit, easing pressure points rather than fighting them. She walked out grinning, and honestly, that's the whole job.
If your orthotics have never quite felt "right," that's worth a second look. We're happy to take a look and tell you what we see.
