Join Georgia Hodges for her Physiological Childbirth Class on 8th August at The Healing Space…

For over 12 years, Georgia has been supporting women and their partners through childbirth education; creating a space where knowledge, confidence, and self-trust can grow.

“I believe birth is a profound rite of passage. Every woman is the expert of her own body, and every birth deserves to be approached with respect for autonomy, informed choice, and the body’s innate wisdom.

My work is grounded in the understanding that women carry deep internal resources shaped throughout their lives - from the maiden to the mother, maga, and crone, each season offers experiences that influence how we meet pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.”

Georgia has completed a certified Lamaze workshop, and is currently studying Dynamic Myofascial Mobilisation (DMM), and her intention is to support women to feel informed, connected to themselves, and confident in their own inner wisdom as they prepare for one of life’s most transformative experiences.

“After being an educator for two decades, I began studying art therapy as a way to sooth my own emotional burnout from work and from living with an invisible disease.

I was so astounded at it’s effectiveness that I decided I had to share it with as many people as possible….

Other passions include painting, performing and storytelling. Non-passions include cooking and running on the beach.“
