We provide free & confidential general & mental health services to young people aged 12-25 in the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula regions. A youth-friendly, non-judgmental environment where young people can see GPs, youth workers & counsellors about any issue that may be going on. As well as providing a health service, we also work with the community to help break down the stigma associated with mental health, sexual health or drug & alcohol issues & help educate young people about the health issues affecting them.

headspace recognises that there are still many harmful myths that surround body image and eating disorders. We encourage everyone to educate themselves about further about these topics.

If you are a young person experiencing problems with body image and eating disorders, or if you know a young person dealing with these issues, you can access support through:

- your local headspace centre
