About the Role⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We are seeking a precise, focused, and enthusiastic Dispensary & Compounding Technician to join our busy team. This dual-focus role bridges everyday dispensary excellence with specialized pharmaceutical compounding. You will work closely under the direct supervision of our Pharmacist team to deliver tailored healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

•Compounding Support: Assist in preparing and mixing tailored, non-proprietary specialized medications and products safely.

•Dispensary Operations: Efficiently process, label, and prepare prescriptions using modern pharmacy dispensing software.

•Compliance & Safety: Maintain sterile compounding environments and strictly adhere to infection-control and safety protocols.

•Inventory Control: Manage dispensary stock control, including ordering, receiving, and checking expiry dates.

•Customer Interaction: Greet patients, intake scripts, manage the drive-thru window, and support front-of-shop health service offerings.

What You Bring (Skills&Experience)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

•Pharmacy Background: Prior experience as a Dispensary Technician, Compounding Assistant, or Certificate III/IV in Community Pharmacy is highly preferred.

•Meticulous Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with absolute mathematical precision for measuring and data entry.

•Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and comfort adapting to industry software (e.g. Z Dispense, FRED Dispense).

•Team Mindset: Excellent communication skills, great time management, and a willingness to continually learn.

Saturday 30th May: Open 8:00am to 1:00pm
(Last chance for prescriptions!)

Sunday 31st May: Closed

Monday 1st June (WA Day): Closed

We will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday 2nd June from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
