Sometimes a handful of nuts turns into… several handfuls 😂 So here’s our simple formula for building a snack plate that actually keeps you full and satisfied.

The Formula:
• Crunch — nuts or seeds for healthy fats, protein + staying power
• Fresh — fruit or veg for colour, fibre + crunch
• Anchor — cheese, hummus, yoghurt or egg for extra protein
• Fun — dark choc, cinnamon, honey or sea salt because snacks should feel good too
