Congratulations to Di & Pete at the Plough Inn Launceston for opening the doors at 4.45am for the soccer fans.

The place was packed, the atmosphere was fantastic, and for a while we all dared to dream.

Imagine the place if the Socceroos had pulled off the win! 🇦🇺⚽️

Bron first joined us in 2017 and has had a few breaks along the way. Now, a few years on, she says she's more committed than ever because she understands the importance of staying strong, fit and independent as she gets older.

300 workouts later, she's not just investing in her health—she's investing in her future.

Congrats to the gorgeous Rachael Lunson on workout FOUR HUNDRED!!

Sure, it took several more years than she’d like but who’s counting? Rachael works out for one reason…her self! Her physical and mental health may not always take priority so we’re here for Rach whenever she needs us.

Trudy Homan works out so she can travel with ease!

Recently back from a trip to Japan 🇯🇵 Trudy was so proud that she was able to do all the tour group activities, easily! She climbed everything, walked everywhere and didn’t need any help (which was offered a lot) 😉 And of course the food was amazing 😋 🍱
She also spotted a Curves Club in Japan’s Yamanashi District!

🍄 What does a giant red toadstool have to do with Curves?

Absolutely nothing.

Or maybe everything.

Because growth happens when the conditions are right.

This giant mushroom appeared almost overnight after the perfect mix of rain, sunshine and good conditions.

Fitness works differently.

Strength grows slowly.
Confidence grows slowly.
Bone density improves slowly.
Healthy habits grow slowly.

You won't see dramatic changes overnight.

But keep showing up for just 30 minutes, week after week, and one day you'll look back and realise how much you've grown.

Just like the women at Curves do every day. 💜

P.S. Marley was far more interested in sniffing it than posing for the photo. 🐾
