📢 Important Information for Our Patients

To help us continue providing bulk billed services and comply with Medicare requirements, we need to see you briefly at the end of your appointment before you leave the clinic.

At the completion of your consultation, you will be asked to assign your Medicare benefit to our practice. This is a simple process that can usually be completed in seconds using our Tyro terminal.

✅ Helps Medicare pay the practice directly
✅ Ensures your bulk-billing claim is processed correctly
✅ Avoids the need for follow-up calls or SMS consent requests

If you leave before this process is completed, we will be unable to submit your Medicare claim and will need to contact you afterwards to obtain signed consent.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to meet Medicare requirements and provide the best possible service to our patients.
