Hi everyone,

Thank you again for your inout on last week's question about the challenges you face in the field.

Stakeholder engagement (aka, working with the teams around participants) is the most common tricky point that comes up in my practice and in supervision sessions.

As promised, below is a link to a resource I have created as part of a bigger suite of tools to assist practitioners working with support teams (including families, other professionals and paid support workers).

There is no "one size fits all" approach, and I acknowledge that much of what contribute to the best outcome sits outside of our circle of control. However, we do have the chance to exert positive influence with the right skills, tools and tailoring our communication to meet the needs of the people we support.
