Match the Momentum: Unite for Aphasia Awareness

The Match the Momentum campaign is raising funds to help build a stronger, more connected global aphasia community.

At our last community event, we asked the Victorian aphasia community:

“What is one thing you would like to see happen in the next 10 years?”

The answer was clear:
“We want more people to know about aphasia.”

The Match the Momentum campaign is an opportunity to help make this happen.

Every donation helps raise awareness and create positive change for people living with aphasia.

🎯 We have until the end of June to reach our target.

The Tavistock Trust for Aphasia have pledged $72,958 towards a global aphasia awareness campaign... if we can match their contribution, dollar for dollar. We need your help to match the momentum and make aphasia awareness a reality!

This National Volunteer Week, we’re celebrating Catherine Rampant!

After suffering a stoke when she was 30, resulting in Aphasia, Catherine has provided her valuable lived-experience to our committee since 2018.

She also represented Aphasia Victoria on an aphasia TV segment for House of Wellness!
