REFORMER UPDATE:

Reformer with Cyd back on the timetable Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8am.

Keep an eye on the website or sign up for Steffi's class update texts. Steffi will be posting her Reformer Class sessions online as they become available each week.

Rooma has introduced more yoga classes we now are at the studio 7 days a week:

Monday 5:30pm Slow, Strong and Stretchy with Alice

Tuesday 8am Vinyasa and 10:30am Chair Yoga with Narelle

Wednesday 5:30pm Vinyasa with Narelle and 6:45pm Yin with Jody

Thursday 5:30pm Vinyasa with Megan

Friday 7am Barre with Megan and 9:15am Vinyasa with Alice

Saturday 8am Vinyasa with Alice

Sunday 5pm Yin with Jody

.constable has joined the team as our newest teacher. Teaching Tuesday 10:30am Chair Yoga, Wednesday 5:30pm Vinyasa and looking to put on a Tuesday 9am Vinyasa flow. Looking for interest for a new Tuesday morning class ❤️❤️

Hi Team! There are some changes to the yoga and Barre timetable from the 1st week of February (next week). Megan will teach her Vinyasa Flow on Thursday nights from 5:30-6:30 and Barre will be on Friday morning from 7-8am.

Narelle will now be leading an hour long Vinyasa Flow class on Wednesday evenings from 5:30. We hope you enjoy the changes and added options. See you on the mat.
