Telehealth, but make it comfortable 💻✨

Starting telehealth for the first time? Your setup does not need to be complicated.
Sometimes all you need is:
✔️ A laptop or phone
✔️ Comfy clothes
✔️ A water bottle nearby
✔️ Your trusted pet supervisor 🐶
✔️ And a therapist ready to guide you through exercises and support your goals from home

If you are someone who prefers services at home for convenience or accessibility, Physio Inq has telehealth appointments that are personalised to your needs. We help provide support where you feel most comfortable, with no gaps or changes in care from in-person.

World MS Day is recognised each year on 30 May, shining a light on the experiences of people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and the importance of continuing to raise awareness, share stories and strengthen support within our communities.

This year’s theme, My MS Diagnosis, highlights the importance of early and accurate diagnosis for people living with MS. It also draws attention to the global barriers that can delay diagnosis and advocates for improved education and training for healthcare professionals to help people access the care and support they need sooner.

At Physio Inq, we recognise that every MS journey is different. Through personalised allied health support, education and compassionate care, we are committed to helping individuals living with MS maintain independence, confidence and quality of life.

National Reconciliation Week runs from 27 May to 3 June. It’s a time for all Australians to reflect on our shared history and to consider how we can move forward together with respect, understanding and genuine connection.

This year’s theme, All in for Reconciliation, is a powerful reminder that reconciliation is something we all play an active role in. It calls on each of us to move beyond reflection and take meaningful action in our everyday lives to create lasting change.

At Physio Inq, we recognise the importance of listening, learning and walking forward together with our communities.

Exercise Rights Week is the perfect time to remind ourselves that movement is important in our lives.

From the 23rd to the 30th of May, we’re celebrating the power of exercise to support health, independence and wellbeing at every stage of life.

Whether it’s a walk around the block, strength training, stretching or a session with an allied health professional, every movement matters. This week is all about building healthy habits, empowering choice and recognising that everyone deserves the right to move their body in ways that feel good for them.

Let’s make movement a priority, not just this week, but every day. 💙

Staying active plays a key role in maintaining independence, especially for people living with disability.
Exercise physiology focuses on building strength, balance and functional movement through personalised programs designed around each individual.
It’s not just about exercise, it’s about supporting everyday life.

This can help:
• Improve mobility and coordination
• Reduce pain and stiffness
• Build strength for daily tasks
• Support long-term independence

Exercise physiology can be tailored for a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal and progressive conditions.
When combined with other allied health supports, it becomes part of a more coordinated approach to care.

If you’re exploring ways to support movement and independence, understanding how exercise physiology works is a helpful place to start.
