Through poetry and short stories, these talented individuals share experiences, imagination, and creativity that deserve to be heard.

Every purchase helps This Ability Press continue to provide opportunities for people living with mental health challenges and disabilities to pursue their writing and illustrative dreams.

We’ve also added donation options for those wanting to help support community lunches, creative workshops, essential items, and inclusive experiences for both NDIS and non-NDIS community members.

NDIS Woodwork & Textile Groups

Our Woodwork and Textile Groups support people living with a wide range of disabilities and mental health conditions to build confidence, develop new skills and become more involved in their community.

Members have told us these groups have helped them:
✨ Break isolation
✨ Build friendships
✨ Learn new skills
✨ Develop a sense of purpose
✨ Improve wellbeing and confidence

With support from experienced and trained staff, our groups are designed to be inclusive and accessible for people living with a wide range of disabilities and mental health conditions.

Please note that some activities may involve small additional costs not covered by NDIS funding. We do our best to keep these to a minimum through generous community donations and funds raised through our online store.
