As Humble Ambitions continues to grow, so does everything happening behind the scenes! 💛

Throughout September, we’ll be closed on Fridays while we dedicate some much-needed time to strengthening our business structure, updating our systems and making sure we’re ready for the next stage of our growth.

Taking this time now will help us make sure that as we grow, we continue to provide the personal, flexible and community-focused support that is so important to us, while also creating space for more opportunities, activities and supports into the future.

We’re incredibly grateful for how much our little community has grown, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.

A little mini break to reset and refill my cup. 🌱

I’m taking a much-needed mini break to switch off, reset and refill my cup, so I can come back refreshed and be the best I can be for myself, my family, and our wonderful Humble Ambitions team and community.

We kindly ask for a little patience and understanding while I take this much-needed time out.

While I’m away, the amazing Felicity will be looking after our main phone line and will be available between 9am–2pm. She’ll return calls, messages and emails as best she can during this time.

You matter!

We sent this little reminder to one of our wonderful members who has had to take a break for medical reasons.

Support and care can be shown in so many different ways, and often it’s the little things that can have the biggest impact. A small gesture can simply say, “We’re thinking of you, and you matter to us.”

School Holiday Workshops – Would Your Kids Be Interested?

We’re thinking about running some fun and inclusive School Holiday Workshops at Humble Ambitions and we’d love to hear from local families!

Designed for children aged 5–12 years, our workshops would be open to everyone, with additional NDIS-funded support available for children who may need a little extra assistance to participate.

Activities could include:
🎨 Art & craft
🎲 Board games
✂️ Creative projects
🤝 Social activities
✨ And plenty more!

Our aim is to create a relaxed, welcoming space where kids can have fun, get creative, meet others and enjoy the school holidays.

Saturdays done right at Shoalhaven Animal Shelter.
Our volunteer group had a great morning as always and can confidently say these fur babies would make for a wonderful new family member. 😍
