Tummy time is an important exercise in infant development to help build strength, prepare for milestones like rolling and crawling and supporting sensory and visual development.

Tummy time isn’t just exercise- it’s an excellent chance to connect. This could mean getting down to your baby’s level, talking, smiling, playing with toys or even enjoying skin to skin to not only make it more enjoyable for your little one, but to also strengthen emotional bonds.

There are a variety of ways your baby can practice tummy time for optimal enjoyment and comfort. 👶

Our reason is showing up even when you feel like the odds are stacked against you. Celebrating the wins, learning from the losses, and always remembering to have fun and enjoy the process along the way.

Removing Barriers encompasses this beautifully by creating opportunity for people of all abilities to participate and enjoy netball.

Meet our newest team member ✨ Davis ✨

“I’m currently working as a Chiropractic Assistant with the amazing team here at Mindarie Chiropractic Centre. From working as a flight attendant to serving as a Police Officer with WAPOL, I’ve developed a strong background in customer service and connecting with people from all walks of life. Moving into the health space is something I’ve always been interested in, and I’m so grateful to have been given that opportunity here. I’m excited to continue learning about chiropractic care and getting to know all of our fabulous patients.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me surfing, at the gym, in the garden, or walking my dog, Paddington. 🐶”
