Have you ever been moving through your day and out of the blue you have an uncomfortable emotion burst forth.
- Frustration as a car cuts in front of you.
- Overwhelm as you think of all that you have to DO today, that long list.
- Worry about those you love ❤️ when you think of the struggle they are going through.

These emotions all have unique sensations that we feel in our body. A knot in our tummy, heart racing, tight throat, clenched jaw, rush of heat.

So honoured to be sharing the stage with these incredible women. Thank you for the opportunity Ember Lounge to share my story and discuss what success means with Cass and Sam. Loved how unique everyone’s journey was. ❤️✨

Boldly in Business was built around taking action - giving women practical things they could take away and put into their businesses.

But alongside the practical stuff, we wanted to create space to listen, reflect and hear from women who have been through it themselves.

Because sometimes hearing someone else’s experience can give you the perspective you need to look at your own business a little differently.

The decisions that worked.
The ones that didn’t.
The unexpected turns.
The challenges behind the scenes.
The things they wish they’d known sooner.

That’s what our panel discussions and journey shares brought to the day - different experiences, perspectives and stories from women at different stages and on very different business journeys.
And we’re incredibly grateful to every woman who was willing to get up in front of a room full of people and share theirs.
