It’s DonateLife Week! Did you know that most Australians support organ and tissue donation, but only one-third have registered?

If that’s you, take a minute this DonateLife Week to register as an organ and tissue donor at donatelife.gov.au or through Medicare.

Every year people die waiting for a transplant. One organ donor can save the lives of up to 7 people and change many more through eye and tissue donation.

From patient to staff member to mum-to-be💙

Born at Camden Hospital, Jasmin’s connection to her local health service runs deep. After losing her father there in 2012, returning years later wasn’t easy but it led to a new sense of purpose.

Now an Admin Supervisor at Campbelltown Hospital’s Outpatients Clinic, Jasmin plays a key role in improving patient experiences and supporting her team every day.

As she prepares to welcome her own baby in the same District, it’s a true full-circle moment.

“I was born here, I work here, and now I’m bringing my baby into this wonderful community.”
