It’s more than just exercise.

At Motion Space, sessions are tailored to you and may include movement assessment, strength-based rehab, exercise modifications, breath + pressure support, pelvic floor-aware coaching and confidence building around movement.

The goal? Helping you feel stronger, safer and more confident in your body, whether you’re returning to movement, managing symptoms, or building strength.

Pelvic floor symptoms don’t always mean movement has to stop.

For many women, leakage, heaviness, pressure or discomfort during exercise can make movement feel uncertain, or even a little scary.

But support doesn’t always mean stopping. Often, it’s about learning how to move differently.

That's at the heart of what we do and it's exactly what our new Clinical Exercise sessions at Elevate Gym are built around.

Through breath and pressure management, exercise modifications and pelvic floor-aware coaching, movement can feel safer, more manageable and more confidence building again.

Whether you're working through symptoms, returning to exercise after having a baby, or simply wanting more guidance as you get back into the gym, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Ready to feel more confident moving again?

Reach out to the team or stay tuned for booking details dropping soon for Clinical Exercise at Elevate, we'd love to support you.

Come take a little look inside Elevate Gym

This space is where we’ll be supporting women in feeling stronger, more confident and more supported returning to movement.

For many women, the jump from physio to the gym can feel overwhelming, especially after pelvic floor symptoms, pregnancy, postpartum recovery or injury.

That’s where this collaboration with Elevate comes in.

A place for guided movement, coaching, confidence building and personalised support to help bridge the gap between rehab and exercise.

We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to for you to join us 😊

There’s often a stage of recovery nobody talks about.

The stage between treatment and training.

Where symptoms may have improved, pain feels more manageable and you’re technically ready to move again, but you still don’t feel confident returning to the gym or exercise.

For many women, this in-between can feel like a confusing grey area. And it's exactly the gap we're setting out to fill.

That's why I'm so excited to be launching Clinical Exercise sessions at Elevate Gym, Warrnambool this July, physio-led movement sessions designed specifically for women who are ready to bridge that space between rehab and regular exercise.

Returning to exercise isn’t simply about being “cleared” to move. It’s about rebuilding trust in your body, understanding what feels supportive and progressing in a way that feels manageable.

The goal isn’t avoiding movement forever, it’s helping you feel confident returning to the things you enjoy, with the right support along the way.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in the “in-between,” we’re here to help you navigate the next step with confidence 🤍

Returning to exercise isn't always as simple as just getting back to it.

Maybe you've had a baby and aren't sure where to start.

Maybe you've experienced leakage, heaviness or pressure during exercise.

Maybe you're recovering from an injury, returning to running, or feeling nervous about stepping back into the gym.

These situations are incredibly common and they don't mean movement is off limits.

That's exactly why I'm so excited to be launching Clinical Exercise sessions at Elevate Gym, Warrnambool starting this July! 🙌

Clinical Exercise is designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and regular exercise, helping women return to movement, strength training and the activities they enjoy with the right support and guidance.

Sessions are tailored to your goals and may include movement assessment, exercise modifications, strength-based rehabilitation, breath and pressure management, and confidence-building strategies.

Because returning to exercise shouldn't feel overwhelming and you don't have to navigate it alone 🤍

Curious whether Clinical Exercise is right for you? We'd love to chat.

How often do we tell ourselves…

“It’s probably nothing.”
“I’ll just push through.”
“It’ll go away eventually.”

Sometimes pain, stiffness or discomfort builds up so gradually that we learn to live with it... adjusting how we move, avoiding certain activities or simply accepting discomfort as part of daily life. But you don’t have to wait until something feels “bad enough” to deserve support.

Physiotherapy isn’t only for major injuries or severe pain. Sometimes it’s about understanding what your body is telling you, rebuilding confidence in movement and helping everyday activities feel easier again.

Whether it’s stiffness, discomfort, pain or something that just doesn’t feel quite right, support is available 💙

We’d love to help you move and feel better again. Get in touch or book an appointment today.

A new one to try this week.

This is a simple way to start connecting your breath, pelvic floor and strength in a more functional position.

Keep it slow, keep it supported and focus on how it feels rather than how it looks.

These small, consistent movements are where real progress starts.

Save this and give it a go this week.

Do you hold your breath during exercise and movement?

This is so common! But it can increase pressure through your core and pelvic floor, especially during exercises like lunges or everyday movements.

Learning to coordinate your breath with movement helps your body feel more supported and controlled.

It’s a small shift that can make a big difference over time.

If this feels unfamiliar or you’re not sure where to start, we’re here to guide you.

If you’ve been thinking about booking but feel unsure, that’s completely normal.

A lot of people don’t know what to expect from a pelvic health appointment and that uncertainty can be enough to put it off.

Your first session is simply about understanding your story, answering your questions and creating a plan that feels right for you.

When you feel ready, we’re here to guide you through it.
