Hi, I’m Alanna Silato, founder of Restore and Rebalance. I am a practitioner in Kinesiology, Access Consciousness, Reiki, Chakra balancing and RTT hypnotherapy. My own life-changing experience with Kinesiology over 10 years ago inspired me to help others find balance and reconnect with themselves. I support people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or disco

My **60-minute Reiki session** is a gentle, nurturing experience designed to support relaxation, energetic balance and overall wellbeing. 🌿

During your session, I may incorporate **crystals and intuitive crystal cards**, creating a beautiful, personalised experience to support where you are at that moment.
