Community Gateway Community Gateway is an Aged Care and Disability Service Provider located in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Mid North Coast.

Our primary objective is to provide quality, accessible and empowering support to our service users. Other Objectives include:

- Individualised support and information is provided to enable service users to have informed choice.
- Service users have the right to self determination about support provided to achieve and maintain social independence.
- Service provision meets or exceeds all standard

s, guidelines and the professional ethics of the organisation.
- Valued partnerships with service users, representative groups and other stakeholders are built and maintained.
- Program outcomes are effective and meet all funding requirements.

Community Gateway is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our Mid North Coast team, providing in-home clinical care to clients across aged care and disability support.

You'll bring current APHRA registration, solid clinical skills, and a genuine passion for person-centred care. Experience in aged care, community nursing, diabetes or wound management is a big plus.
