Quick photo dump from after a hectic & amazing weekend in our Q***r community 💖

THE STATS:
We gave out...
• 50+ naloxone kits
• 80+ condoms (m/f) and dental dams
• 30+ items of clothing
• 4 pairs of shoes
• 5+ books
• 40 stickers
• 10 quick-access sheets on what to do when we're suicidal
• 25 bracelets

With all things being free or pay what you can, so many folks were able to participate and grab items without being constrained by money 🥹 AND, at the same time, we were able to raise $155 to our mutual aid fund!

Huuuuuuge shoutout to:
for hooking us up with naloxone and safer supply kits
for giving us tons of free sexual health protectionitsyourchoice for donating 4 of their "decriminalize survival" tees for the cause
and for covering the importance of Pride, and
for navigating so many last-minute obstacles and discriminatory challenges with the upmost grace & love

So many of us at are q***r and gender non conforming, so it's easy sometimes to forget that it's not the "norm" in many other workplaces. 2SLGBTQIA+ folks continue to be targeted, discriminated against, and violently oppressed—and this is why Pride exists.

THIS SUNDAY 🏳️‍🌈 we'll be at the vendor market for with a bunch of fun stuff, including:
• a mini-version of our free market
• pay-what-you-can bracelets and beadwork to support our free therapy fund
• a small crafting station for you to chill out and pause if you need a break from walking
• signup sheets for our upcoming programs
• harm reduction supplies
• & more! 💖

Come check out the Pride Parade on Saturday June 20th at 1pm, and see us at the Vendor Market at Meridian Place on Sunday June 21st from 12-7pm!

Destiney (she/her) is our newest addition to the BP team and she will be the first person you chat with whenever you call in! We are SO excited to have her bubbly energy and her serious organization skills to help us better serve you all in the community.
