We're Growing Again! 🌿

We're excited to share that we're expanding once more! Construction has officially begun on another dedicated counselling room to help us welcome more clients and continue providing a safe, comfortable, and confidential space for healing and personal growth.

As our community continues to grow, so does our commitment to making quality counselling services more accessible. This new space will allow us to support even more individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward better mental health and wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us, supported us, and been part of our journey. We can't wait to open the doors to this new space soon!

We’re excited to share some wonderful news with our community! Starting next week, our counselling team will be growing with the addition of two new team members. This expansion allows us to better respond to the increasing demand for support and continue providing timely, compassionate care to those who reach out.

Our commitment remains focused on creating a welcoming, supportive space for individuals and families. With a larger team, we’ll have more availability and flexibility to meet your needs. Our children’s group programs are back for 2026 — and they always fill up fast.

These small, supportive groups are designed to help kids build confidence, strengthen social skills, and feel understood in a safe, engaging space. And every year, spots are gone before you know it.

We’ve just opened registration for two brand-new groups this year, and this is your chance to secure a spot before they’re full again.

We’ve launched a series of billboards designed to spark conversations, reduce stigma, and remind people that support is always within reach. Each message reflects what we stand for: compassion, connection, and real support when it matters most.

🌱 We’re Growing to Better Support Our Community! 🌱

We’re excited to share that our practice has expanded once again! We’ve welcomed a new counsellor to our team who specializes in working with young children, allowing us to better support our littlest clients and their families.

As part of this growth, we’re also pleased to introduce Sand Therapy as a new service we’ll be offering moving forward. This creative, child-friendly approach helps children express emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

🎉 FMC Is Growing! 🎉

We’re excited to share that construction has begun on our latest expansion! We’re adding 2 new counselling rooms, a dedicated groups room, and a new larger waiting area to better support the needs of our community.

When completed, FMC will offer 10 counselling rooms, a dedicated groups room, and an enhanced waiting space—all ready for use on January 1, 2026.

We’re grateful for the trust Burlington families place in us, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community in 2026 and beyond! 💙
