Honeycomb midwives believes that each woman and each birth is unique and we strive to provide family-centred care in the Calgary area.

Honeycomb Midwives are a group of dedicated, caring midwives who work in small teams to care for families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Our experienced team is committed to providing clients with safe, compassionate childbirth care by combining the timeless wisdom and art of midwifery, with the latest evidence based maternity care practices.

We’re so excited to welcome Nyah to the Honeycomb team! 💛 She will be working alongside Morgan and Erin in a team of 3, and we are so happy to have her join us!

“My entire life, I have always been told to choose a career that feels meaningful and fills your heart and soul, and that advice led me straight to midwifery. Once I found it, I just knew it was exactly where I was meant to be. I feel incredibly grateful to support families through such a meaningful and transformative time in their lives.

I completed my Bachelor of Midwifery at Mount Royal University and was born and raised in Calgary. It feels really special to now be caring for families in the city that shaped me, and I’m so excited to be joining the team at Honeycomb Midwives.

What I love most about this work is the relationships built along the way and creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and comfortable asking absolutely anything. I’m also really passionate about informed choice and empowering people to feel confident in their decisions.

Outside of midwifery, I love spending time outdoors, whether that be golfing, fishing, camping, skiing, or going for walks with my dog. I also love a fun night of line dancing or two-stepping, but I am just as happy staying in for a cozy movie night as well. “

Dr. R**t Dhillon is a chiropractor with over 15 years of clinical experience, providing evidence-based care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, newborns, and musculoskeletal conditions. Her treatment approach combines gentle chiropractic care, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, cold laser therapy, and rehabilitation-based movement strategies to help patients move and feel their best through every stage of life.

The Children’s Cottage Society is hosting Nurturing Newborns Perinatal Support Group

April 1- May 20, 2026 (Wednesdays) 5:30 – 7:00 pm

Support group for expecting parents and parents of children up to one year of age.

This group focuses on understanding and navigating the transition to parenthood by providing a supportive space for expecting and new parents to strengthen mental wellness, build community, and grow confident in caring for both baby and parent. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will learn and discuss a variety of topics related to family wellness, mental health, child and parent development, and social support and resources to stay connected.
