Clinical Reformer Pilates — led by Physiotherapists at OT Performance Rehab 🖤🧡
This isn’t your typical Pilates class.
Our Clinical Reformer Pilates sessions combine physiotherapy knowledge with movement-based exercise to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.
Using the reformer machine, our physiotherapists guide you through controlled, individualized movements focused on:
✔️ Core strength
✔️ Mobility & flexibility
✔️ Posture & body awareness
✔️ Injury rehabilitation
✔️ Strength & stability
✔️ Return to exercise and sport
Who can benefit?
• People recovering from injury or surgery
• Individuals with back, neck, hip, or shoulder pain
• Runners, lifters, and active adults wanting better movement control
• Prenatal/postpartum clients
• Anyone looking for a lower-impact way to build strength and mobility
How does it work?
Your physiotherapist will assess your movement, goals, and limitations before guiding you through exercises tailored to your body and ability level. The reformer uses adjustable spring resistance to challenge strength, control, and stability without excessive joint stress.
Whether your goal is rehab, or simply moving better day-to-day — Clinical Reformer Pilates bridges the gap between rehab and exercise.
