🚨NEW RMT ALERT!! 🚨

Welcome Sela, registered massage therapist, to our Function101 fam 🤍

Sela is a Hamilton girlie, Mohawk grad, and is eager to share her massage therapy skills, whether your goal is recovery, relaxation, or simply feeling your best!✨

Just in time for the holiday season 🎄Sela’s schedule is now OPEN for online booking 🥳

Here’s a little bit more about Sela 👇🏽

Specializations:

▫️Trigger point release
▫️Myofascial release
▫️Joint Mobilizations

“Growing up as a competitive figure skater, I learned early on how important it is to take care of both the body and the mind. That experience sparked my passion for health and wellness and eventually led me to pursue massage therapy, graduating from Mohawk College.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, my approach is all about working with the body to support its natural ability to heal. I focus on nervous system regulation, reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients feel more balanced in their day-to-day lives. Every person’s needs are unique, and I enjoy creating treatments that meet you where you’re at—whether your goal is recovery, relaxation, or simply feeling your best.

I am also training in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach to healing, which deepens my ability to support clients and their nervous system.

Outside of the clinic, I love staying active, spending time outdoors, playing pickleball and continuing to explore new ways to nurture overall wellness!”

Anne is an experienced massage therapist who loves helping people feel good in their bodies and perform at their best in whatever activities that they love 💃🏽🕺🏻

Anne’s schedule is now OPEN for online booking 🥳

Here’s a little bit more about Annie 👇🏽

Specializations:

▫️Myofascial release
▫️Trigger point release
▫️Acupuncture provider

“I came to massage therapy initially seeking relief from pain and functional limitations and was amazed at the changes I experienced in my own body. These experiences inspired me to return to school to learn more.

I prioritize understanding my clients’ unique needs and preferences, tailoring each treatment plan accordingly. I believe in collaborating with my patients, combining their knowledge of their own bodies with my expertise in massage therapy.

As a newcomer to Hamilton, I spend most of my time outside the clinic exploring the many waterfalls, local restaurants and cafes, as well as reading ☕️📚

I’m very excited the join the team at Function101! 😊”

Fusion x Function for a sweaty Sunday morning workout! 🏋🏽‍♀️

🚨 NEW Personal Trainer + rehab assistant 🚨

Our function team is growing again 🌱 Get ready to MOVE with Emily! Emily Brown is a certified strength and conditioning coach and currently completing her master’s at McMaster.

Her schedule is now OPEN for online booking Saturday mornings at the clinic 🏋🏻‍♀️

Here’s a little more about Emily 👇🏽

“Throughout my life, I’ve been a competitive athlete in gymnastics, volleyball, and field hockey. Always pushing myself to be the best I can be. During my undergraduate studies in Human Behaviour, I discovered a new passion: helping others unlock their full potential. My experience working with varsity athletes at McMaster University introduced me to the world of Strength and Conditioning and the powerful connections that can be formed in that space.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree that focuses on the impact of psychological factors such as mental fatigue and self-control on exercise decision-making and performance. I believe that achieving one’s highest potential requires attention to both mental and physical well-being. My goal is to help each client feel empowered, strong, and confident in their abilities.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me in the kitchen cooking or singing karaoke with my friends!”
