"I thought I was healthy…”
That’s what this client believed before coming to Studio Zee Physiotherapy.
She was hiking, cycling, staying active—and still dealing with persistent back pain, hip flexor discomfort, and recurring aches that would flare up after workouts or long days at her desk.
What she discovered wasn’t that she needed to work harder. She needed to learn how her body was moving.
Through physiotherapy, she identified weak spots, learned how to activate the right muscles, built confidence, and eventually transitioned into Pilates classes with greater body awareness and less pain.
Today, she’s enjoying the activities she loves while feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to her body.
