Upgrade your smile without starting over.

Veneers at Essential Dentistry are custom-crafted to fix chips, stains, gaps, and uneven edges with no drastic changes needed. The material is shaded and shaped to blend with your natural teeth, so your smile looks like yours, just enhanced as you'd like!

Most treatments are done in just two visits, about 10 days apart.

We often see the same surprised reactions in our chair, so here are 5 things we wish every patient knew before they hear it from us 👇🏻

• Bleeding gums when you floss isn't normal, it's usually the first sign of gum disease, and an easy one to catch early.
• If it doesn't hurt, that doesn't mean it's fine. Some of the biggest issues we find start out completely painless.
• Whitening toothpaste won't touch deep, set-in stains. That's a job for professional whitening instead.
• X-rays aren't a money grab, they're how we catch what's happening below the surface.
• A great dentist and a gentle one aren't always the same person. We work hard to be both.

Just a few things worth knowing, from the people who see it every day 😊

There's a good chance that cleaning you've been meaning to book is already covered! 😊

If you haven't used this year's coverage yet, now's a good time to book, unused benefits don't roll over, so it's really a use-it-or-lose-it situation.

Don't let it go to waste. Call Essential Dentistry at (403) 938-2749 or book online before the year runs out.

Skipping your dental cleaning means more than missing out on fresh breath and a brighter smile. It also means missing the chance to catch small issues, like early cavities, before they become bigger problems.

Your future self will thank you for keeping those appointments.

Need to get back on track? Call (403) 938-2749 or request an appointment online today 😊

Not every smile needs a total overhaul. Sometimes it's a chip from years ago, a stain that whitening never quite touched, or an edge that's just slightly uneven, small things that add up to feeling a little self-conscious every time you smile in photos.

If your teeth are healthy and you're just looking for a confidence boost, a simple consult with Dr. Williams could show you what's possible. Wondering if veneers are your answer?

Call (403) 938-2749 or book online to see how easy it can be 😊

Okotoks' dentist for 40+ years and counting.

Four decades in this community is more than a number for us. It's generations of families we've watched grow up, patients who started as kids and now bring in their own, and a whole lot of trust built one appointment at a time!

We're proud to call Okotoks home, and even prouder to be the dentist so many of you have called yours for years. From Cimarron to Crystal Ridge to Drake Landing, we love serving families right across the community 😊🏡

We're currently welcoming new patients, so if you're looking for a dental home in Okotoks, we'd love to meet you.

When infection reaches the inner pulp of a tooth, it can cause severe pain, sensitivity, swelling, and even lead to tooth loss if left untreated. Root canal therapy is designed to remove the infection, relieve discomfort, and preserve your natural tooth.

Modern root canal treatment is safe, effective, and more comfortable than many people expect. By treating the source of the problem, it helps restore your oral health while allowing you to keep your natural smile.

If you're experiencing persistent tooth pain or sensitivity, don't wait. Visit us today to learn how root canal therapy can help protect your smile and prevent further complications.

The checkup you skip is the filling you book 🫣

A tiny cavity now can be a quick fix, but wait six months, and it can turn into a root canal or crown. Early decay is sneaky and painless, but by the time you feel it, the problem (and the cost) has grown. Gum disease and shifting teeth don’t wait, either.

Regular checkups catch small issues before they become big ones.

If it’s been a while, call (403) 938-2749 or book online to put your next cleaning on the calendar!
