The anticipation is building for tomorrow’s Founder’s Table in Manotick by Manotick Village, and Chef Jake along with other incredible Chefs of Manotick have prepared an exceptional culinary experience.

Today Chef Jake was preparing:

-Roast Chateaubriand with a rich Marchand de Vin sauce
-Roasted Carrot & Foie Gras Purée
-Roasted Asparagus
-Crispy Potato Gateau

Just one of eight beautifully crafted courses that showcases classic flavors, elegant presentation, and the passion these Chef’s will bring to tomorrow’s Founder’s Table.

Today at Manotick Place was simply “egg-stra” special! 🐣💛

A heartfelt thank you to Councillor David Brown - Ward 21 for bringing in his adorable chicks for our residents to enjoy. From gentle cuddles to lots of laughs and smiles, these tiny visitors brought such warmth and happiness to everyone’s day.

It’s safe to say the residents were absolutely “chirping” with joy afterward! Thank you for sharing such a sweet experience with our Manotick Place family.

One of the many things our residents love about Manotick Place is the incredible walkability to so many wonderful local amenities — from charming restaurants and cozy coffee shops to convenient health care services right here in the heart of the community.

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on The Desserts Lab 🍓🍫✨ Their incredible selection of handcrafted chocolates is always a favourite, and their newest menu feature is the perfect sweet treat for summer — fresh strawberries topped with creamy milk chocolate and vanilla bean soft serve!

Whether you call Manotick Place or The Miller Senior Apartments home, it’s these little outings and local gems that make living in the heart of Manotick so special.

Yesterday we whisked our residents away to the streets of “Paris” for a beautiful day of celebration in honour of our May birthday residents! From French-inspired décor and delicious treats to laughter, music, and wonderful company, it was a day filled with joy, smiles, and special memories. 🎂🥐🌸

We love finding creative ways to celebrate the amazing residents who make our community so special. Happy Birthday to all of our May celebrants — we hope your Parisian day was magnifique! ❤️

Our residents had a blooming good time visiting Ritchie’s Feed & Seed to pick out beautiful flowers for our back courtyard at Manotick Place! 🌸

From colourful blooms to hanging baskets, everyone enjoyed choosing flowers that will help make our outdoor space even more beautiful and welcoming for the season ahead. A wonderful outing filled with fresh air, smiles, laughter, and plenty of gardening inspiration! 🌼

We can’t wait to see our courtyard come to life thanks to the creativity and care of our amazing residents. 💐

At Manotick Place, even our feathered residents are part of the family! 🕊️💛

Our two love birds, Elvis and Priscilla, have completely captured the hearts of our residents and staff. Their sweet chirps, playful personalities, and loving bond bring so much joy, comfort, and smiles throughout the building each and every day.

We love letting them fly freely and enjoy special moments together — just like in the picture below! Watching them interact and seeing the happiness they bring to everyone around them makes Manotick Place feel even more like home. 🏡✨
