When Mindful Moments With Angels sessions with the children of Heavenly Angels first began a few years ago, I wasn’t sure if children coming from traumatic backgrounds would truly grasp concepts like mindfulness, energy awareness, chakras, emotional resilience, and self-awareness through meditation. Yet week after week, I continue to witness the most beautiful transformations unfold.

These young souls come together consciously, expressing themselves fearlessly - sharing their dreams, insecurities, fears, emotions, and joys with such honesty and openness. The sacred bond we have created together is something I deeply cherish.

This week’s session focused on leadership - leading by example, letting go of excuses, recognizing how our mind can sometimes trap us in cycles of fear, limitation, and self-sabotage. We explored how shifting from the mind into the heart space allows us to expand beyond a victim mindset and step into growth, courage, resilience, and possibility.

One of the most heart-touching moments came a couple days after the actual session when a beautiful poster came in my inbox from a child outlining leadership qualities they are learning and embodying through these sessions. Watching these teachings come alive through their creativity, awareness, and understanding is truly priceless.

Watching children cultivate emotional awareness, mindfulness, compassion, confidence, and inner strength at such a young age fills my heart with immense gratitude and hope for the future.

Deeply grateful for the sacred space offered by the respected Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri Anil K. Monga ji, who believes not only in imparting education, but also in nurturing character building, emotional resilience, and conscious growth in our children and youth to help create a better world.

Some spaces are not created… they are felt.
Some moments are not guided… they are divinely orchestrated.

My heart is filled with deep gratitude for the Chairman of DBC Trust, Shri Anil K. Monga ji, for the opportunity to hold sacred space for the beautiful souls of Heavenly Palace and Heavenly Angels.

Working with both seniors and children is a profoundly humbling experience. Their openness, their innocence, and their willingness to receive create a field of energy that is pure, expansive, and deeply transformative.

During the Full Moon gatherings - especially in the sacred window of Navratri - the energy becomes even more potent. These are not just sessions… they are transmissions.

As I channel healing energy and share intuitive guidance, I witness something truly magical unfold. The mind softens, the heart opens, and the soul gently returns home to itself.

The depth of stillness…
The silence that speaks…
The palpable energy in the room…
It stays with me long after the session ends.

These in-person gatherings hold a very special place in my heart because the exchange is real, raw, and deeply alive. You can feel the collective elevation - the unseen becoming seen, the unspoken being felt.

I am grateful to Dream & Beauty Charitable Trust for creating such conscious spaces where healing, love, and community come together so beautifully.

To be a channel for this work is not something I take lightly…

My heart is overflowing with joy…💗

Celebrating Navratri at Heavenly Palace - senior citizen home, has been a sacred experience for me. In the presence of our loving senior residents and the pure, joyful energy of the children of Heavenly Angels - a home for destitute children, every mantra feels deeper, every blessing feels more alive, and every flame of the sacred fire of havan carries a prayer straight to the divine.

These nine days are not just rituals… they are a journey within. A journey of embodying Maa Durga - her strength, her grace, her fierce protection, and her boundless compassion.

As I sit with the Chairman of DBC Trust Shri Anil K. Monga ji and Maha Mandaleshwar Swami Advaitananda ji, amidst generations - wisdom on one side and innocence on the other - I feel the true essence of divinity. It reminds me that Shakti flows through all of us, connecting us beyond age, beyond roles, beyond form.

I feel incredibly blessed to be a channel for this energy… to witness it, to share it, and to live it.

Gratitude in every breath.
Shakti in every heartbeat.
Divinity in every soul.

Every weekend, I have the beautiful privilege of spending time with the children of Heavenly Angels - a home for destitute children - where we gather for Mindful Moments with Angels, a session dedicated to nurturing inner strength, awareness, and spiritual wisdom.

Through conversations, mindfulness practices, storytelling, and soulful reflection, we explore very deep spiritual truths. Today, on International Women’s Day, we explored how to awaken the energies of Durga (courage), Saraswati (wisdom), and Lakshmi (abundance) within ourselves - learning to bloom where we are planted and discovering the Divine Feminine power that already lives within us.

These sessions are further enriched by the presence and wisdom of Shri Anil K. Monga ji, Chairman of DBC Trust, who has mindfully created this sacred space where these beautiful young souls can grow with dignity, guidance, and spiritual learning.
